Table ronde en chêne massif – Pièce unique, circa 1900

Maison Lecan presents a truly singular piece: a round solid oak table from the early 1900s, subtly reinterpreted for contemporary interiors.

The aged tabletop features a rich patina and beautifully textured grain, with authentic wear that tells its story without artifice. It retains its original joinery, including traditional pegged construction, a hallmark of lasting craftsmanship.

The hexagonal base, handcrafted by our cabinetmaker from reclaimed oak, brings a strong architectural presence with a subtly sculptural profile. We applied a satin varnish finish in our workshop, ensuring lasting durability while enhancing the wood’s natural warmth.

This table offers a rare blend of rustic charm and refined minimalism. Ideal for an architect’s residence, a wabi-sabi interior, or a collector’s space where materials speak louder than trends.

A quiet dialogue between heritage and design, made to be lived with.
