Huile sur toile à fort caractère décoratif, dans l'esprit de l'abstraction géométrique des années 1970-80. La composition, entièrement verticale, joue sur la répétition de formes allongées et de bandes colorées qui s'organisent en rythme serré. Jaune vif, vert émeraude, bleu cobalt et gris anthracite sur fond sombre : une palette tranchée, graphique, qui tient un mur sans effort.

L'exécution est maîtrisée, les aplats nets, les contours précis. Le cadre chêne naturel brut accompagne l'oeuvre sans la concurrencer.

The composition, entirely vertical, plays on the repetition of elongated forms and coloured bands arranged in a tight rhythm. Bright yellow, emerald green, cobalt blue and dark grey on a deep background: a sharp, graphic palette that holds a wall effortlessly.

The execution is controlled, the flat areas clean, the lines precise. The raw natural oak frame accompanies the work without competing with it.

A piece that fits as naturally in a contemporary interior as in a vintage-furnished apartment.
